Oklahoma City, OK (September 30, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Cumberland Heights Foundation for data breach. On February 21, 2024, Cumberland Heights became aware of a cybersecurity incident involving their Microsoft O365.  Cumberland Heights launched in investigation into the incident.  After a thorough review of the investigation findings, it was determined that certain individuals personal and sensitive information was accessed. Cumberland Heights began mailing notices on August 5, 2024.  Cumberland Heights is a substance abuse rehabilitation center located Nashville, TN.

• Date of Birth
• Address
• Driver’s License Number
• Positive Lab Results
• Other sensitive information
