In re: Volkswagen "Clean Diesel" Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation

Federman & Sherwood Announces Filing of Multiple Consumer Class Action Lawsuits Against Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.

 

Oklahoma City, OK (October 3, 2015) – On September 3, 2015 Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. made an admission that for more than seven years they have intentionally, deliberately and maliciously designed, manufactured and distributed hundreds of thousands of its purportedly “clean diesel” vehicles with a software algorithm embedded in the engine control module that would falsely appear to pass the federal and state clean air emissions standards.  Federman & Sherwood has filed lawsuits in several states, including actions with a former United States Attorney, seeking to recover damages to consumers who bought or leased the following vehicles:
