I submitted refund request and only received the promised $15.00 haulaway fee, not the measly $241.00 refund
. ( I had replaced the Samsung TLW with another brand.)
I have tried since early February to get the balance due, even seeking assistance from state regulator, to no avail ail. I think the vendor handling the recall program, Stericycle, is engaging in another scam ripe for class action.
