Federman & Sherwood Announces Class Certification in FLSA Litigation Against Midway Island and Michael Billings

Joshua D. Wells of Federman & Sherwood successfully argued and obtained an Order for class certification in a Fair Labor Standards Act case against Michael Billings (d/b/a) Midway Island, and Midway Island, LLC. The lawsuit is pending in the United States District Court of Oklahoma for the Western District of Oklahoma, Urika Dean v. Michael Billings, et al., Case No. CIV-16-1459-M. The Court entered the Order granting the class certification on December 1, 2017. The class includes the following: Current and former exotic dancers who worked for Defendant from March 1, 2013 through the present.
