Federman & Sherwood Announces filing of lawsuit against Equifax, Inc.

On September 7, 2017 - The first class action lawsuit was filed against Equifax, Inc. relating to the cybersecurity incident. The complaint alleges that Equifax was negligent in failing to protect consumer data and choosing to save money instead of spending on technical safeguards that could have stopped the attack.

Since I have a common name, I have had issues with all three credit bureaus. I think they are basically useless and it's unclear what qualifications the employees of these agencies possess.
