Drilling is Making Oklahoma as Quake Prone as California

A recent article by Michael Wines of The New York Times focused on the earthquakes in Oklahoma and Kansas.  The United States Geological Survey released an assessment which said that in the next year the chance for an earthquake is as great in parts of north-central Oklahoma and Southern Kansas, as it is in the shakiest parts of quake-prone California.
